Sebonack Country Club and Cottages
The Sebonack Golf Club project in Southampton, New York, included the construction of a 29,000 sq. ft. min golf clubhouse and both one and two-story cottages for member use. The clubhouse is a multi-level unit with custom millwork running throughout the entire building. The clubhouse also includes a main dining room, private dining areas, complete kitchen facilities, men's and women's lounges and locker rooms, staff lounges, caddy rooms and a area for office staff. The exterior construction included porches and patios and a golf cart parking area.
Five one-story cottages at 3,726 sq. ft. each and four two-story cottages at 3,320 sq. ft were constructed on the grounds. Each cottage features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a common living room, kitchenette, and wet bar area. Exterior terraces consisting of wood in the 2-story structures and brick in the 1-story cottages can be found outside as entered through the bedroom French Doors. The exterior construction includes cedar wall / roof shingles with aluminum clad French Doors and Integrity windows. Interior construction includes gas burning fireplaces with stone veneer from floor to ceiling. The total time for construction consisted of three building phases of 6 months each for a total of 18 months.
