This general construction project consisted of two private high-end homes; one at 8,000 sq ft. and the other encompassed 4,000 sq. ft. each taking one year to complete. These were custom timber framed homes with wooden shingle roofs, Marvin windows and terracotta/wood floors. The project also included the planting of botanical gardens around the property that overlook the Long Island Sound.
